Knight Grindrod is an entirely independent firm, formed from the merger of Wardle Grindrod Ltd and David J Knight, Chartered Building Surveyors & Valuers, in October 2014.
Both previous practices have extensive experience of survey and valuation work throughout the Yorkshire area.
The surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the firm is regulated by the RICS. The surveyors are RICS Registered Valuers.
The surveyors are also members of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association, and the Leeds Estate Agents, Surveyors and Valuers Association.
