    When carrying out building work affecting a party wall or boundary, failure to follow correct procedures, as laid down in The Party Wall etc Act 1996, can result in a liability to avoidable costs.  We can advise on these matters, and if necessary provide Schedules of Condition and issue Party Wall Notices, as appropriate.

    We are able to provide a full service, advising clients on their legal duties, drawing up Schedules of Condition, which may form part of a Party Wall Agreement and where disputes arise, drawing up a Party Wall Award setting out the rights and obligations of relevant owners.
